John Harrison, PMHNP, CEO, and founder of YourTime Psychiatry and Medical Cannabis LLC, has assisted hundreds of adults, teenagers, and children suffering from mental health illnesses throughout his career. He is specifically dedicated to helping clients with medication management and the use of medical cannabis for mental health purposes. He specializes in treating issues such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, and Borderline Personality Disorder among others.
He has also assisted hundreds of people suffering from substance misuse with achieving and maintaining long-term sobriety. He specializes in helping clients recover from alcohol use disorder, opioid use disorder, stimulant abuse, and other substances. He believes that anyone can achieve sobriety, and that anything is possible during recovery.
He has previously practiced as a mental health registered nurse, primarily at Mayo Clinic Hospital in Rochester, Minnesota.

With over 17 years of experience in the medical field, Kelsey Helgeson, PMHNP, brings a deep commitment to compassionate, patient-centered mental health care. Specializing in addiction medicine, Kelsey has a strong passion for treating substance use disorders, including alcohol use disorder, opioid use disorder, stimulant abuse, and other substance-related conditions.
Kelsey believes in meeting patients where they are—emotionally, mentally, and physically—and emphasizes the importance of collaboration in the treatment process. She is dedicated to creating individualized treatment plans that respect and incorporate each patient’s input, fostering a sense of partnership and empowerment throughout their mental health journey.
In addition to her work in addiction medicine, Kelsey provides comprehensive psychiatric care across the lifespan, treating a wide range of diagnoses such as ADHD, anxiety, PTSD, depression, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia, among many others. Her inclusive approach and dedication to listening ensure that every patient feels seen, heard, and supported.

Melissa Schepp is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over fifteen years of experience in healthcare. She began her career as a Certified Nursing Assistant before advancing to nursing roles in labor and delivery, public health, school nursing, and outpatient mental health.
After witnessing the long wait times patients often faced with access to psychiatric care, Melissa felt called to further her education and earned her Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner degree to help bridge that gap and improve access to timely, compassionate treatment.
Melissa enjoys working with children, adolescents, and adults. She treats a wide range of psychiatric conditions, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, panic disorder, PTSD, OCD, ADHD, mood disorders, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, sleep and nightmare disorders, personality disorders, autism spectrum disorder, substance use disorders, and eating disorders.
She is certified in LGBTQ+ Affirming Care and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS). Melissa is currently working toward additional certifications in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and other supportive therapeutic approaches.
Melissa is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) and is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), the American Psychiatric Nurses Association (APNA), and the International Society of Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (ISPN).

Hello! My name is Mary Lee Beck, and I am a dual-licensed, board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner. Having personally walked the road from mental health challenges to mental well-being, I have discovered that my true passion in healthcare is to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing, growth, and emotional balance.
I have several areas of expertise and currently treat and manage ADHD, Anxiety Disorders, Bipolar and Related Disorders, Depressive Disorders, OCD, Alcohol and Substance Use Disorders, Sleep Disorders, and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, among other mental health conditions. My training is in medication management alongside therapy as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I have walked alongside people through the dying process, depression, anxiety, marital discord etc. I have worked in marriage counseling, as a pastor, as a Christian military chaplain and with people/families of all ages and demographics.

ROBERT NIEHOFF, LMFT
I am a licensed therapist with extensive experience helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s most difficult challenges. My background includes working in the areas of chemical dependency treatment, suicide prevention, and the care of individuals struggling with anxiety and depression.
Over the years, I have gained deep appreciation for how resilience can emerge when people feel seen, supported, and equipped with the right tools. My approach is rooted in trauma-informed care, ensuring that clients feel safe, respected, and empowered throughout the therapeutic process.
I draw on evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution Focused Therapy, tailoring treatment to meet the unique needs of each client. In addition to my clinical experience, I am Prepare-Enrich Certified in premarital and marital counseling and have completed Level II training in the Gottman Method, equipping me with specialized tools to support couples in building stronger, healthier relationships.

Linday Hildreth, LMFT, is a trauma-informed therapist who works at the intersection of sensitivity, relational wounds, and emotional resilience. She helps clients navigate attachment injuries, communication breakdowns, nervous system dysregulation, and the impact of past trauma on present relationships.
Her therapeutic style is collaborative, compassionate, and deeply relational—empowering clients to rebuild trust, strengthen connection, and step into relationships that feel healthier and more aligned. With a warm, attuned presence, she supports clients in understanding their emotional templates, healing longstanding wounds, and creating relationships where they can feel seen, supported, and safe.
